About Joanna Gilbert
Joanna teaches a dynamic Vinyasa Flow Yoga that is suitable for all levels.

Joanna has been practicing yoga herself for over five years. Although her love of yoga began in a hot yoga studio, the main style she has focused on has been Vinyasa Flow. In Summer 2015 Joanna trained under the FLY Vinyasa school in Spain. FLY Vinyasa is characterised by its focused, creative and intelligent flow style, with an emphasis on alignment, form and safety.
Since qualifying, Joanna has taught regular dynamic Vinyasa Yoga classes that unite mindful breath control with strong flowing sequences. Although her teaching encourages correct alignment and precise movement, Joanna’s main focus throughout class is for students to have fun and walk out smiling.
Joanna recently completed the CNM diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition and is qualified as a Nutritional Therapist.
She is currently available for Nutrition appointments in-person or via Skype.
