About Mike Gilbert
Mike Gilbert is a Personal Trainer based in the Elstree and Borehamwood area.
Mike’s personal training blends functional, natural movements with athletic and bodyweight work.
Mike has been practising functional movement for over 10 years, with a background in Martial Arts, Parkour and Free Running. More recently, he has participated in Triathlons and focusses on his athletic performance.
His personal training approach incorporates the above areas plus his experience with the Body in-Tuition Yoga and Pilates teams, to create a highly unique and holistic blend that reinstates joy in movement.
