Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a form of Yoga that links your breathing with dynamic movements, calming the mind whilst moving the body. The intensity of a Vinyasa Yoga practice moves the body through the physical asanas (postures) working to strengthen, lengthen and stretch you. Meanwhile the fluidity of a vinyasa sequence takes you into a state of moving meditation, linking the mind, body and breath; resulting in a deep sense of relaxation and rejuvenation at the end of the class.

Joanna currently offers small group Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes in the Body in-Tuition studio, in Borehamwood/Elstree and London area.

In the challenging sessions you will:

  1. Raise your heart rate,
  2. Engage the core,
  3. Strengthen the body,
  4. and work up a sweat!

Most importantly the sessions are creatively designed to be fun and enjoyable.
